Leadership Development is not a drive-thru experience. Jason has found that continuity over time with a consultant/facilitator adds depth and commitment to each discussion, exercise, and experience. The ongoing relationship with a group, team, or organization allows for authentic interactions and increases the facilitator's effectiveness and long-term sustainability. Jason guides teams and organizations through 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, 12 month, and 18 month processes focused on Leadership Development, Organizational/Team Culture, and Mission/Vision planning for their future. Each process follows his "6 A" Model for personal/organizational development:
Sometimes our organizations and our teams just need a "Step Back from the Baggage Claim" to see their work with fresh eyes. Based on specific objectives and identified outcomes, Jason facilitates a comprehensive process focused on stepping back to gain new perspective, slowing down to be present to your most important work, leading through availability, embracing a creative process, living a culture you want to be a part of, and articulating action points for progress to take flight. These experiences focus on "getting out of the rat race of the status quo", are aimed at preserving the core of your organization's mission, and stimulating progress. True culture change happens due to intentional, committed work.

Consulting processes are done on the individual coaching level, with a team, or throughout an entire organization.

He tailors each consulting project to fit the individual challenges and opportunities of each client. 3 hour, full day, 2 day, 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, and 18 month processes are designed based on identified goals and objectives.

What some people refer to as a Life Coach, Jason sees slightly differently - the Angel Advocate. In today's world, it is not hard to find a Devil's Advocate who looks for holes, weaknesses, or reasons why something won't work. When we are struggling with challenges in life or the choices that appear along our career path, the Devil's Advocates are often the voices we hear. Devil's Advocates live at the status quo. An Angel Advocate, however, is someone who dwells in possibility, believes in the gifts of people, and cheers on the quest to find a better way to do things. The most successful people in the world make intentional decisions about how they reflect, reframe, and recreate the future they want to be a part of. Individual Coaching Sessions allow for thoughtful leadership to emerge. The world is in great need of Angel Advocates. Jason is an Angel Advocate for people of all ages, in many unique spots in life.
